Description

Salmon pink in color. Notes of raspberry and wild strawberries, light white pepper and lavender. An enveloping palate, full of freshness and elegance, with a long and classy finish.

Winemaking:
Vinified in stainless steel at low fermentation temperatures. Aged in stainless steel with fine lees for 4 months.
