Scala Coeli owes his name to the Monastery of Santa Maria Scala Coeli, usually known as the Monastery of Cartuxa, where the cartoxes lived in silence and prayer. It results from the best vinifications of each year on granitic soil of less traditional castes to Alentejo and had its first production in 2008.
Scala Coeli Tinto Touriga Nacional is a wine of the Herdade da Cartuxa, which is produced from the caste of the best winemaking of the year. It presents floral and typical grape notes, which joins a rich and vibrant palate, presenting a delicious and persistent ending.
Vinification: It resulted from the vinification of the viosinho caste carefully selected fermenting in stainless steel warehouse, interning for 12 months with thin smudges and periodic lipstick.
