Description
Aromas of dried fruit, spices, and a hint of vanilla. Rich in tannins, soft and velvety. Excellent structure. Very full-bodied on the palate.
Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by prolonged skin maceration. Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels followed by 12 months in the bottle.
