Description
Ruby red color. Warm aroma, contrasting with a light and silky palate, as the name suggests, derived from fresh fruit and buttery notes. Elegant on the palate, with a medium-ripe body, smooth tannins and a persistent mouthfeel.
Winemaking:
The harvest began in early September. The grapes come from the Douro Superior region and are carefully selected. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place, with temperature control and gentle maceration for a week. The wines are stabilized and filtered before being bottled in Gaia.
