Description
Light pink color. Fresh and fruity with pleasant aromas of strawberry and white flowers. In the mouth it has good acidity. It is elegant and well structured. Long and fresh at the end of the mouth.
Vinification:
Mechanized harvest at night. Total disgust. Maceration for 8 hours. Vacuum pressing. Fermentation The controlled temperature (15ºC-18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10-15 days.
