Description
Clear and citrusy. Fresh, fruity aroma with notes of wood and toast. It reveals itself to be complex, with a balanced acidity. Very long and persistent finish.
Sourced from vines over a hundred years old, it was vinified in new French oak barrels with temperature control.
Aging: Six months in new French oak barrels. Color: Clear and citrusy. Aroma: Fresh and very fruity with pineapple and mango notes. Palate: Reveals a balanced acidity. Long and very pleasant finish.
