Description
Vinification:
Fernando da Cunha Guedes, president of Sogrape, challenged his technical team, or in this case, creative, to think freely, without prejudice, to develop an unprecedented inspirational work. The only restriction is, for now, to obey the origin Portugal. From there, the odd series can be white, red or rosé, can be quiet or sparkling, provided that all the winemakers of the house, in plenary session, agree to attribute this status.
TEST NOTES:
Sercalinho is a white caste, very interesting in Bairrada for its original aromatic character and vibrant acid profile. SOGRAPE has a 2.5 -hectares area planted with this caste in Quinta de Pedralvites, a region of Bairrada.
