Light citrine color, with floral notes of orange blossom and yellow fruits such as citrus, pineapple and peach; on the palate, the fruit flavors are truly enhanced. It is fresh, mineral, very full and enveloping, which gives it a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were fermented separately at a low temperature to preserve their primary aromas. This produces a new, fresh, and very fruity style of wine. Not aged in wood.
