Aromas of red fruits, cherries and raspberries, combined with notes of rose blossoms. On the palate, the strong flavors of these fruits allow for a long, mineral and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are cooled, gently pressed, and vinified separately. The must fermented at a controlled low temperature (10 to 14º), allowing for slow fermentation to preserve the natural primary aromas. Not aged in wood.
