Description
Fruity aroma, dominated by hints of forest fruits and strawberry preserve. On the palate, flavors identical to the aromas are found, integrated into a smooth tannic structure.
Winemaking:
The grape varieties are fermented separately using the traditional method, with short maceration and controlled temperature fermentation to ensure the retention of fruity aromas, aiming for a modern, very fruity style that is particularly enjoyable when consumed young. Not aged in oak barrels.
