Sexy Rosé

Concept: Sexy Rosé “Floraison” is a wine resulting from the natural fermentation of the Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Castelão grape varieties. The vineyards are partly in integrated production mode and partly in organic production mode, both certified, the oenology is low intervention, for the pure expression of Alentejo nature.

Vinification: Night manual harvest to ensure that the grapes are fresh, followed by gentle crushing in a gravity vat (the grapes never touch the pumps), with an open spout (valve open). Afterwards, natural cold decantation, without any additives. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats without any barrels (unoaked)

Tasting Notes: Pale blush pink color due to the open color of the Castelão grape variety, floral aroma of Touriga Nacional and notes of fresh red fruit from Aragonez. It has a creamy texture on the palate that is balanced with a refreshing acidity.
