Descrição
Concept: Sexy Rosé “Floraison” is a wine resulting from the natural fermentation of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Castelão grape varieties. The vineyards are partly under integrated production methods and partly under organic production methods, both certified; the winemaking process involves low intervention, for the pure expression of Alentejo nature.
Winemaking: Manual night harvesting to ensure fresh grapes, followed by gentle crushing into vats by gravity (the grapes never touch pumps), with the valve open. Then, natural cold settling, without any additives. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats without any barrels (unoaked).
Tasting Notes: Pale blush pink color due to the light hue of the Castelão grape variety, floral aroma from Touriga Nacional, and notes of fresh red fruit from Aragonez. It presents a creamy texture on the palate that is balanced with a refreshing acidity.
