Shinobu The Koshi-No Lightly Peated Mizunara Oak Pure Malt 10 Year Old is a creation of Ken Usami, master distiller at Shinobu. Initially aged in sherry and bourbon casks, it then undergoes further refinement in Japanese Mizunara oak, which decisively shapes the whisky's profile. The wood imparts notes of vanilla and flowers, intertwined with flavours of nectar, malt and citrus. Lightly peated, it is a harmonious, engaging whisky, ideal to be savoured unhurried.
