Sidónio de Sousa is one of the great wine producers in the Bairrada region. Recognized for having some of the oldest and best Baga vines in Bairrada, he continues to make his wine in a traditional way, resulting in succulent, refined wines with good fruit and aged in old Portuguese oak, a rare material nowadays, even in Portugal.
