Singleton Glen Ord 2025 Special Release 17 Year Old

The Singleton of Glen Ord 2025 Special Release 17 Year Old results from the combination of two carefully matured whiskies, creating a complex and distinctive profile. One batch was aged in refill casks and then finished for five years in second-fill ex-sherry butts; the other spent more time in refill casks and finished its maturation with three years in ex-mezcal casks.

On the nose, it is dry and expressive, with light spice, delicate fruity notes on top and a subtle vegetal influence from the mezcal, accompanied by hints of raisin and savoury spice, adding depth and character to the whole.
