Description
Yellow in color, with a citrusy flavor and an elegant, mineral profile. The Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with the Loureiro, floral and full of elegance, giving rise to this white wine with 11% alcohol by volume – a unique balance.
Winemaking:
The grapes, exclusively Alvarinho and Loureiro varieties, are harvested by hand in small-capacity boxes. After pressing and before temperature-controlled fermentation, the must was decanted for 48 hours at a low temperature.
