Description
The aroma reveals an elegant profile with more mineral notes, a dry and persistent taste. Soalheiro Granit reveals a more mineral profile typical of the Alvarinho grape variety.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually in small crates and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing and pre-fermentation at a controlled temperature, the must is decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks thanks to a higher temperature than is usual for white wines. Bottling is done after a period of bâtonnage and aging on fine lees.
