Description
Tasting notes: Citrine color, elegant and full-bodied flavor that develops in the glass, becoming increasingly persistent. The taste is full-bodied, fresh and complex with great final complexity.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually in small crates and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing and pre-fermentation with controlled temperature, the must is decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place primarily in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature (only 15% of the total volume ferments in used oak barrels), and the fine sediments are retained until the beginning of May.
