Winemaking:

Unstemmed grapes, lightly crushed in a vertical press, with the resulting must decanted into stainless steel vats for 24 hours at 10°C, and then passed cleanly into used 225 liter French oak barrels, where it ferments for 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10°C and 14°C. Aging in these barrels for around 12 months, without battonage.

SOMNIUM 2018 Douro White is a fresh and vibrant wine, with a golden straw color and a fantastic concentration of fruit aromas. Fermentation and stage
in barrel they bring a very elegant touch on the palate, with great balance and subtlety, and a very long finish, balanced with an impressive touch of acidity.
