Description

Winemaking:
Vinified in a stainless steel press with foot treading, fermentation ends in new 300-liter French oak barrels, followed by a 15-month aging period.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine color with golden reflections and shiny appearance. Fine aroma of great complexity, with aromas of orange peel standing out. In the mouth it reveals a fresh and intense acidity balanced by the linear structure and texture. Long and persistent finish.
