Description
Winemaking:
Vinified in stainless steel vats with foot treading, fermentation is completed in new 300-liter French oak barrels, followed by 15 months of aging in the same barrels.
Exam Notes:
Citrine color with golden reflections and a brilliant appearance. Fine aroma of great complexity, highlighting aromas of orange peel. On the palate, it reveals a fresh and intense acidity balanced by the linear structure and texture. Long and persistent finish.
