Soulmate Branco 2017 is composed of a blend of grapes from the Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio varieties (selected old vines).
Test results
Citrine color with greenish reflections and shiny appearance.
Fine aroma of great complexity, with white-fleshed fruits such as vine peaches standing out. Marked by the granite minerality of our terroir.
In the mouth it reveals a fresh and intense acidity balanced by the linear structure and texture. Long and persistent finish.
Winemaking and Aging
Vinified in new French oak barrels followed by an 8-month aging period.
