Description
Winemaking and Aging: Vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days.
Controlled temperatures between 10º and 12º C. Aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months.
Tasting Notes: Salmon color. Complex and intense aroma highlighting notes of green raspberry, bitter cherry, and semi-green orange peel. Elegant, refined, bright, intense, and with a perfect balance between acidity and some woody notes. Long, fresh, and persistent finish.
