AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER

Vinification and Aging: Vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days at
controlled temperatures between 10º and 12º C. Aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months.

Tasting Notes: It has a salmon color. Complex and intense aroma with notes of green raspberry, bitter cherry and semi-green orange peel. Elegant, fine, bright, intense and with a perfect balance between acidity and some wood notes. Long, fresh and persistent finish.
