Moderately alcoholic, lemon-yellow in color, aromas of stone fruit, peach and apricot, with a slightly vegetal note. A long, fresh, lemony finish.

Winemaking:
Careful hand- Colheita into 20kg perforated boxes, sorting table, total destemming, complete alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks.
