Winemaking:
Harvest decision-making based on ripening controls, opportunity, and the desired wine objective. Careful manual Colheita into 20 kg perforated boxes, sorting table, total destemming, crushing, maceration in a controlled cold atmosphere, followed by complete alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. Post-fermentation in contact with fine lees and frequent batonnage for 4 months.
Pale yellow color, clean aroma, delicate and floral aromatic profile. On the palate, fresh, with some notes of pineapple, long and predominantly lemony. Everything in harmony in a register of freshness, capable of facing great and varied gastronomic challenges.
