Vinification:
VINDINE DECISION BASED Based on maturation controls, opportunity and aim of the intended wine. Creed manual harvest for 20 kg perforated boxes, table of choice, total deceival, crushing, tanning in cold controlled atmosphere, followed by complete alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. Post-fermentation in contact with thin and batonnage lens ”frequent for 4 months. 

Pale yellow color, clean aroma, delicate and floral aromatic profile. In the fresh mouth, some notes of pineapple flavor, long and predominantly lemoned. All in harmony in a record of freshness, capable of facing large and varied gastronomic challenges.
