Description

The vineyards are planted at an altitude of between 600 and 750m, and the winery is located in the village of Vale Flor, a centuries-old parish in the municipality of Mêda. A region with a unique climate and granite soil, which give its wines noble and still almost unknown aromas.

Old vines with several varieties of Syrian, Arinto and Rabigato grape varieties. Harvesting is manual for 20 kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control and endogenous yeasts.

It is very fine, delicate and balanced. Both in the nose and in the mouth, it escapes the trivial, showing character and distinction.
