Description

Produced using the traditional method, this Reserva Rosé Extra Brut expresses the rigorous character of mountain viticulture. The granitic soils and the particular microclimate give it a vibrant freshness and elegant acidity, enveloped in delicate fruity notes.

Winemaking:
 Produced using the classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and aging for approximately 12 months on lees before disgorgement.
