Description
Ruby color with brick-red reflections, aroma suggesting black pudding and ripe blueberry at the beginning, tobacco leaf and spices. Medium structure on the palate with a perfect balance of alcohol content. Long and fresh finish, with a retro-nasal suggestion of nutmeg and white pepper.
Winemaking:
Careful hand- Colheita into 20kg perforated boxes, sorting table, partial destemming, crushing and pre-fermentation cold maceration, complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with temperature control. Aged for 42 months in stainless steel.
