Description
Light ruby color, delicate aromas suggesting cherry, sour cherry and slightly unripe blackberry, with a light vegetal note. A very fresh palate to match, with a delicate texture and a long finish hinting at stone and wet granite dust.
Winemaking:
Careful hand- Colheita into 20 kg perforated boxes, sorting table, total destemming, light crushing, cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation in open stainless steel vats with temperature control and complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 15 months, 1/3 of the batch in used French oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel.
