Description
Citrus in color with greenish hues. Aroma of floral notes, with lime standing out. On the palate it is fresh, with minerality and a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes pressed using a pneumatic press; 48 hours of cold settling; alcoholic fermentation between 15º and 17ºC.
