Description
XXVI Talhas Tareco Palhete red wine is an Alentejo wine. This wine is a clear example of an oxidative profile capable of showcasing a wine with millennia-old traditions.
Winemaking: The grapes were fully destemmed and lightly crushed. They then fermented with maceration and contact with the must for two months in clay amphorae, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts.
It has not undergone any filtration or stabilization process.
Filtration occurred solely through the passage of the liquid through the masses present in the vessel.
