Proof Notes: Concentrated garnet color. Fresh and of great aromatic complexity, wild fruits, bush, rock, resin, earth and some leather with more balsamic nuances. In the mouth it is extremely elegant, with volume and very expressive ripe fruit, a classic Alentejo. Tannins firm and good acidity, very balanced and engaging from beginning to end.

Winemaking: Manual harvest from the various stalls in Tapada between 350 and 400 meters of altitude. Manual choice of grape-performed bago by bago, with total disengagement and cold pre-fermentative skin maceration for 5 days. Fermentations with indigeny yeasts, carried out in stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature. 30-day post-fermentative maceration, preceding stage in barrels of 225, 300 and 525 liters, with spontaneous development of malolactic fermentation
