Deep red color. On the nose, aromas of velvety black fruits. On the palate, the black fruits stand out, but in perfect harmony with notes of wood and elegant tannins. It reveals a profile full of personality and finishes long and elegantly.
Winemaking:
Harvest in the second week of September. Grapes crushed but not destemmed. The grapes fermented with natural yeasts in a lagar (traditional stone trough) with foot treading, without temperature control. At the end, it was pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, then transferred to used barrels. Aged 100% in used barrels for 59 months.
