Description
It presents an exuberant and persistent array of citrus and passion fruit aromas. On the palate, it displays excellent acidity and a characteristic mineral touch that lingers until the finish.
Winemaking:
Harvested in the 1st and 2nd week of September. Grapes crushed, destemmed and pressed. Decanted for 48 hours. Fermented with natural yeasts and at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation was not performed. Aged 100% in stainless steel tanks for a total of 47 months. During the first 24 months it was always in contact with the fine lees.
