Deep ruby in color, it presents an intense aroma of wild berries with notes of spices, which highlight the good maturation of the grapes from the main red grape varieties planted in the Trás-os-Montes region. Aging has conferred complexity and balance, with volume on the palate and an enveloping texture, with a long and warm finish.
Winemaking:
Hand Colheita . Selection of the grapes, reception with destemming and immediate crushing, fermentation in cement vats and partial aging in French and American oak for 12 months.
