Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ºC. Aging: After fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats in contact with the fine lees until bottling, in order to maintain its freshness and gain complexity.
Exam grade:
High aromatic intensity, with tropical, citrus and white flower notes, in a balanced register and a pleasant mineral sensation. On the palate, its acidity makes it fresh and lively, showing good complexity, with all its aromas present.
