Tasting notes:
It reveals soft but well-defined tannins, voluminous and with good acidity in a long and persistent finish.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 25-28oC, with prolonged maceration in stainless steel vats and presses, with traditional foot treading. Aging: 8 months in new and second year French oak barrels.
