It reveals smooth but well-defined tannins, is full-bodied, and has good acidity in a long and persistent finish.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 25-28°C, with prolonged maceration in stainless steel vats and lagares (traditional stone troughs), using traditional foot treading. Aging: 8 months in new and second-year French oak barrels.
