Citrus yellow color, intense fruity aroma and mild, balanced flavor leaving a fresh and mineral mouth.
Vinification:
Old vineyards (90 years). Traditional system “goubelet”. Mixed granite and shale. Harvested by hand. Stainless steel fermentation. This wine is partially matured in new French oak barrels.
