Dark garnet color. Intense and highly complex aroma. Aromatic notes of roses, some herbaceous notes. On the palate it is quite structured with good balance and elegance and a long finish.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested from a "field blend". Fermentation in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts followed by maceration for 4 weeks. Aged in a 1000L tunnel for 2 years and then for 2 years in the bottle.
