The aromas are rich and complex. This wine is balanced with smooth tannins, finesse, and a lingering flavor.
Winemaking:
Old Vines (80 years). Traditional “Goubelet” system. Mixture of granite and schist. Hand- Colheita . Fermented in stainless steel vats. 12 months in French Allier oak barrels.
