Red Ruby concentrated. It is receiving from the beginning, with good mood, minerality, the seductive fruit that involves red cherries, red plums and plums, as well as discreet floral notes. It is a bold red, but smooth, deeply mineral, intense and elegant, but fresh, with a thin and very prolonged mouth.
Vinification:
Fermentation in Lagar with foot and temperature control. 15 -month internship in French oak barrels, half new and half a year.
