Description
Fruity and green. Bitter and slightly spicy, with notes of tomato, olive leaf and green banana. A very fresh and aromatic olive oil with a persistent finish.
Name:
The average age of the olive trees is over 100 years. The olive oil is made immediately (maximum 2 hours after harvesting) and the entire process is monitored by laboratory analysis and sensory testing of all deliveries to the mill. The extraction is done cold, by natural settling, and is unfiltered.
