Description

Vinification: Mixture of fresh grapes in its ideal maturation point, hand -picked to 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they were subject to a careful manual choice. They are deceived, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, then go to French oak barrels, where they ferment and interns. This wine is a lot of several years old (2 barrels of 2015, a 2016 barrel, 2017 and 2018).

TEST NOTES: Intense straw -colored wine. Aromas of bakery, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine full of layers, very bulky and full of energy given its persistent freshness.
