Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo a meticulous manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, then transferred to French oak barrels where they ferment and age. This wine is a blend of wines from various years, based on 80% of a mother wine (a blend of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) and 20% of a 2019 wine.
Tasting notes: Wine with an intense straw color. Aromas of bread, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. On the palate it is a layered wine, very full-bodied and full of energy given its persistent freshness.
