Chestnut color with greenish reflections. A highly expressive nose, dominated by aromas of wood, honey, and spices. On the palate, it has great structure, polished tannins, and a lower sugar content that allows the acidity and freshness to shine through.

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pump-overs during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé degree is reached. At this stage, grape brandy is added (fortification), resulting in a fortified wine. A high-quality wine, obtained by blending wines from different years, with an average age of over 20 years.
