Golden color with greenish reflections. An attractive nose with an aromatic profile of great elegance, where notes of wood, spices, and dried fruit stand out. On the palate, it is soft and silky, revealing a strong personality and a superb persistence, allowing the lower sugar content to let the acidity and freshness shine through.
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pump-overs during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé degree is reached. At this stage, grape brandy is added (fortification), resulting in a fortified wine. A high-quality wine, obtained by blending wines from different years, with an average age of over 30 years.
