Amber color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense with extraordinary complexity, highlighting notes of dried figs, cigar leaf, raisins, dried fruit and the famous "vinegariness" typical of great old Port wines. On the palate it is unctuous, dense and velvety, full of endless flavors, always well supported by a brilliant acidity and freshness. A wine of extraordinary depth! A true hymn to Port wine!

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pump-overs during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé degree is reached. At this stage, grape brandy is added (fortification), resulting in a fortified wine. A high-quality wine, obtained by blending wines from different years, with an average age of over 50 years.
