Description
Golden yellow color. White fruit nose with floral aromas. Fresh and velvety on the palate. A wine of great balance and excellent character.
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pump-overs during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16-18°C until the desired Baumé degree is reached. At this stage, grape brandy is added (fortification), resulting in a fortified wine. This wine is obtained by blending wines aged in oak casks for a minimum of 3 years, thus guaranteeing a rich, aromatic final wine with a balanced sweetness.
