Titan Reserva Branco

Vinification:
Fresh grapes at its ideal maturation point, hand -picked up for 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subject to a careful manual choice, disgust and smooth crushing. They are pressed on pneumatic press and the resulting must, in stainless steel, decant at 8ºC for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place the controlled temperature of 12ºC for 30 days and at the end was an internship of 8 months with agitation of the thin dreaks.
