Description
Vinification:
Fresh grapes at the ideal maturation point, manually harvested for 20kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are subject to a careful manual harvest. The whole curls are pressed in pneumatic press and the resulting must is sent to French oak barrels where the controlled temperature of 12ºC fermented for 30 days and then 6 months on the thin dreaks.
TEST NOTES:
Pink petal wine with extremely elegant aromas: peach flower, cherry, raspberry and smoked notes. In the mouth immediately shows its grandeur. Seductive, tense and vibrant.
