Vinification:Fresh grapes at its ideal maturation point, hand -picked up for 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subject to a careful manual choice, disgust and smooth crushing. Fermentation separated by caste in stone mills with robotic Pisa. He did a 10 -month internship in 2nd and 3rd year barrels.
Proof Note: Very intense violet color, nose with mineral and fresh fruit notes (cherry and wild fruits), tobacco sheet and cocoa. In the mouth it is fresh, with silky but challenging tannins.
