Description

Wine with good acidity, with fresh and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is very fresh with some structure and volume.

Vinification:
Manual vintage in 15kg boxes. Dismissed grapes pressed directly on pneumatic press and cold static decantation. Total alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tubs at controlled temperature. Bottled in April.
