Description

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, this wine reflects the excellent characteristics of freshness and minerality that characterize the crossed caste. Very tasty in the mouth, it reflects the aromas felt in the nose, to which the characteristic volume and acidity are added, intended to evolve in a very positive bottle.

Vinification:
After deceiving and crushing, the masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the filths were separated from the films, and after this operation subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification. Fermented in stainless steel vats to controlled temperature, part of the lot has interned about 6 months in French oak barrels, and the other part interned in stainless steel vats.
